On November 1, 2013, Google will be getting rid of iGoogle, a startpage that was really popular several years ago.

Question is, will you miss it?

I only used it a few times and then just got sick of it, I've never been able to stick with a homepage so I just start out on a speed-dial-like page in Chrome and open a bookmarks folder with some routine sites I visit.

The blog post about this is here: http://googleblog.bl...-in-summer.html

I never really used it tbh. I never saw the appeal, I just use the new tab page in chrome as my homepage.. the need for a homepage has gone out of the window recently.

Nope, I just use Opera's (awesome) speed-dial. If I ever want a portal, though, I could just use Opera's. B)

I tried Opera's portal once, didn't like it either but I thought it was better than iGoogle.

Nope! I won't miss it one bit. I did attempt to use it briefly, but it wasn't for me. I just go to specific sites or apps for anything I would've put on iGoogle anyway. I have no reason to miss it. I can see how some people will, though.

Syntax error on line 1, therefore, your statement is invalid.

I wish every browser out there used Webkit but so many people use Firefox and my friend here uses Opera, so I have to cater to those people.
I absolutely refuse to support IE however.
